Heard It Through The Grapevine..

that one of literally a handful of store fronts is going to be opening up soon. My friend wants me to snatch it up really really bad. I want to snatch it up really really bad too! The rent is only $475. a month (heat included) and I don’t want to rely on jewelry sales to pay for it, BUT if I had classes in it, I could easily pull it off. Any one have any ideas on what I should do??

EDIT: I asked Dave what he thought about this and he said let’s go for it and give it a whirl. So the moment that is for rent, we are grabbing it! In the meantime, that means I have tons to do on top of the tons to do I already had going LOL I am scared and excited all rolled into one! I have a large support system, not financial, just emotional LOL Wish I could trade on that one LOL It’s ok though. I have been working on having a store front for the last 15 years and now it is all in my face and ready to go. Perseverance indeed pays off! I have never set my dream completely aside. It has lingered in the back of my head for a very long time, even when I worked in an un-air conditioned warehouse in Florida packaging pesticides, even when I was slicing meat and produce for a year at Panera Bread, even when I answered phones as a recep at HR Block for 2 seasons. I just daydreamed and did my job! The light gray cloud that followed me everywhere and never left me. I just knew it had a silver lining!
